Message data from applications

The company operating the application is the controller. We process recipient address, template variables and message content on its behalf, and delete content after a short retention period.

Event data

Delivery, bounce and complaint events are stored and sent to the application's webhook, so it can keep its address data accurate.

Suppressed addresses

Addresses that bounced hard or complained are kept on a suppression list to prevent further mail. That list has no other use.
