Anti-Spam Policy
An API that sends mail is attractive to people who want to send a lot of it. We designed ours for the opposite: messages a user triggered and expects. Anything else is a breach of our terms and is enforced as such.
Acceptable use
- Messages caused by an action of the recipient in the customer's application, or required by their account.
- Recipients whose address was entered by themselves, not acquired or guessed.
- Accounts operated by identifiable companies that keep their contact details current.
- Sending volumes consistent with the application's real user base.
Prohibited use
- Newsletters, promotions or cold outreach through the API.
- Uploading or looping over purchased or scraped address lists.
- Rotating accounts or sender domains to avoid our limits.
- Sending content unrelated to the application named in the account.
Enforcement
- Each report is acknowledged and traced to the account and the API key that sent the message.
- Where the report is credible, the key is throttled or suspended at once while we investigate.
- Confirmed abuse terminates the account; recipient addresses involved are suppressed platform-wide.
- Blocklist operators receive the account details relevant to their case on request.

Forward the message with complete headers to the address below. The headers let us find the account and key within minutes.
